Aamir is one of the martyrs of Kerbala. He belonged to Besra and came to Mecca alongwith his slave Salim and accompanied Imam Hussain (A.S) to Kerbala. He was martyred in the first attack on the day of Aashoora. His name appears in 'Ziarat-e-Nahya-e-Muqaddisa'.
